Delivery Process
- Once your order is handed to the courier, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you do not receive it, please email info@tuffcollection.comwith “International shipping” in the subject line for a prompt response.
- Provide a reachable phone number as the courier may contact you during delivery.
- Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If delivery fails or is refused, please contact the courier to arrange a possible 4th delivery attempt (may incur surcharge) or pick up from the depot.
- Packages undelivered after attempts may be destroyed. Purchases are non-refundable in such cases, and we are not responsible.
Delivery Time
- We strive to deliver packages as soon as possible. However, delays may occur.
- Currently, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, delivery times are approximately 1-2 weeks.
- We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates.
IP Detection & Currency
- Our website auto-detects your IP to display prices in your country’s currency up to the shopping cart.
- You can manually select currency using the currency widget.
- Checkout prices will display in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR), our default currency.
- Payments are charged in LKR; your bank will convert to your currency based on current exchange rates.
Payments
- We currently accept credit card payments only via the “Payhere” option at checkout.
- Orders placed using other payment methods (e.g., cash on delivery, bank deposit) will be cancelled.
- Checkout totals are in LKR, and payment is processed accordingly.
Delivery Fees
- Delivery fees depend on destination, product type, package size, and weight.
- Fees are calculated at checkout and are subject to change.
Duties & Taxes
- We do not collect any duties or taxes at the time of order.
- Shipping follows the Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) method.
- Any applicable taxes or duties must be paid by the customer directly to the courier upon delivery.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase for items in original condition with packaging.
- Sale and discounted items are not exchangeable.
- Exchanges are allowed only once per item.
Exchange Process:
- Email info@tuffcollection.comwith “international order” and your order number in the subject line. Please include the reason for exchange.
- Return the item with original labels, tags, and receipt.
- Send the return package to:

Return shipping charges are paid by the customer. - Once received and inspected, you will receive a coupon code for the value of the returned goods to use on your next purchase.
- Shipping charges and original purchase costs are non-refundable.
