Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are happy to offer an exchange under our easy exchange policy. Please note that this policy only applies to orders placed through our website.

A. Can I exchange items with Tuff Collection.com?

• Yes, exchanges are only possible for exchangeable items (see point 6 for non-exchangeable products).

• Items must be in original condition with packaging, labels and tags attached.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of purchase.

• Exchanges are only permitted once per item.

• Original receipt is required.

• We appreciate knowing the reason for the exchange.

B. Can I exchange a website purchase from a leading store?

• Yes, under the same conditions as above.

• Items must be in original condition with tags/labels attached.

• Exchanges are allowed within 7 days of purchase.

• Exchanges are allowed only once per item.

• Original receipt is required.

C. Can items purchased from the flagship store be exchanged via delivery?

• No, items purchased from the flagship store cannot be exchanged via the website.

• You can exchange in-store within 7 days of purchase.

• No, each eligible product can only be exchanged once.

Returns

• We do not accept returns.

• If an item is damaged during delivery, please contact us immediately at (077) 662 7167 or send an email to info@tuffcollection.com. on the day of delivery.

What should I do if a delivered item is damaged?

• We perform quality checks before shipping to ensure that the products are free of damage.

• Please inspect the items upon delivery.

• Contact us immediately to arrange a return or free exchange.

• We are not responsible for any damage reported after delivery.

How to exchange products with Tuff Collection?

1. Email us at knock@tuffcollection.com.

2. Pack the items in the original packaging with labels and tags attached.

3. Let us know the product you want as an exchange (Note: Product allocation will only be done after we receive the returned item).

4. Send the return shipment to:

5. The courier charges for return shipping are to be paid by the customer.

6. Once we receive and inspect the product, if approved, you will receive a coupon code for the product value to use on your next purchase.

7. Items that are not in original condition will not be accepted for exchange.

Can I exchange the wrong size?

Yes, follow the exchange process. Terms apply.

• What are the fees for an exchange?

You pay the courier fees for returning the item.

• Have you received my exchange item?

Call us on (077) 662 7167 before 5pm on weekdays or email info@tuffcollection.com. to confirm.

• Can I exchange discounted items?

You can only exchange for the same product in a different size. If sold out, exchanges are not possible.

• Can I apply current offers to exchange orders?

No, offers are only applicable to new orders placed during the offer period. Exchange orders are not eligible for discounts.

• Can I get a percentage discount when exchanging an item purchased during an offer?

Only if the same product is exchanged for a different size. Changes made to a different product code do not apply to the offer. Any balance payment must be settled.

• If the exchanged product is cheaper, will I receive a refund or store credit?

Refunds or credit notes are not offered. You can purchase products equal to or greater than the original order amount by paying off any balance if necessary.
